"butcheee.com" is a personal website/project created and maintained by Efren Baria Jr. It's been kicking your butt since 2003 with insight on life, spirituality, music, society and the life of a missionary.

I'm now married to what I have come to learn is the most beautiful, warm and loving person I'll ever be lucky enough to meet.

My blog entries have had many long pauses over the past 3 years (2005-2008). But with a new chapter of married life, adulthood and spiritual realizations that is unfolding right now, it would be a shame for me not to try and capture who I am at this phase in my life.

This blog is now becoming more of a documentation project to capture a snapshot of my life, and my involvement in it.
