So we meet again

this is awkward. i just wanted to acknowledge that first and foremost. let’s get that out of the way now, so we can really get to the good stuff.
i know i haven’t even made an effort to keep in touch. things have been crazy. i guess you can say, i’ve really just been enjoying every moment without fumbling around to try to type all the details. a lot has happened since Christmas (which was the last time we interacted).
i’ve been married for 5 months now, and i’m expecting a little girl come near the end of january. i’ve also been given a new position at work. one of my new consultants highly recommends that i journal my adventures and discoveries as i go along… which is why we’re meeting again.
i know you probably feel ignored and neglected, and for that i’m sorry.
i guess you can say it was sort of a sabbatical that i was on. a sabbatical in which i’ve experienced much, have done much and now i have much to reflect on and to share.
so let’s kick it like old times and create some great content! Cool?
and by the way, have you lost weight?
